Robin Hood Annual
IPC · 1957–present · 4 issues
About the series
From 1957 onward, IPC's Robin Hood Annual presented four standalone, holiday-sized collections of swashbuckling adventures starring the legendary outlaw of Sherwood Forest. While the series spanned decades, its brief run of four issues captured the classic, family-friendly tone of British comic annuals, bringing Robin, his Merry Men, and their battles against injustice to a new generation of readers. Though a minor entry in the long history of Robin Hood comics, it stands as a charming artifact of IPC's mid-century publishing line.
