Rocky Lane's Black Jack

Over eleven issues from 1956 to 1957, L. Miller & Son published Rocky Lane's Black Jack, a Western comic starring the titular cowboy hero and his horse. The series is most notable for its art, featuring early work by Steve Ditko alongside Maurice Whitman and Medio Iorio, with scripts by Joe Gill and Ernie Hart. A modest but distinctive entry in the Miller stable, it captures the tail end of the classic Western comic boom.
