Rump

In the early 1980s, Eerie Publications launched Rump, a short-lived horror-comedy series that ran for just three issues. Known for its crude, often grotesque humor and over-the-top gore, the title leaned into the publisher's signature style of shock-value horror, with lurid covers and simple, visceral storytelling. While not a major commercial or critical success, Rump is a notable artifact of Eerie Publications' later output, capturing the raw, unpolished energy of the era's black-and-white horror comics.
