Savane

Savane, a French comic series launched in 1956 by Société Française de Presse Illustrée (SFPI), chronicles the adventures of a young boy and his animal friends in the African savanna. Created by artist and writer Jean-Claude Forest, the series is notable for its lush, expressive artwork and gentle, imaginative storytelling that blends wildlife observation with whimsical fantasy.
