About the series
A brief, three-issue romance comic from the mid-1950s, Secret Love was produced by the prolific Iger Shop for Farrell Publications. Like many of its era, it offered melodramatic tales of love and heartbreak, packaged with the polished, house-style art typical of the shop's assembly-line production. Though short-lived, it stands as a modest example of the assembly-line romance genre that dominated newsstands before the Comics Code tightened its grip.
