Shi

In the late 1990s, Semic S.A. published Shi, an eight-issue comic series that blended martial arts action with supernatural elements. The title is most strongly associated with writer/artist Billy Tucci, who co-created the character, with additional art by Jim Lee and Peter Gutierrez. This series expanded the world of the blind warrior monk Ana Ishikawa, offering a self-contained story that helped define the independent comics landscape of the era.
