Shooting Star Comics Anthology

Between 2002 and 2005, Shooting Star Comics released six issues of Shooting Star Comics Anthology, a creator-owned showcase from the independent publisher of the same name. The series featured a rotating cast of writers and artists, with Michael Hutchison, Sean Taylor, and Todd Fox among the most frequent writers, while J. P. Dupras, Phil Meadows, and Fox himself handled much of the art. A modest but spirited entry in the early-2000s small-press boom, it offered a platform for original short stories and emerging talent, capturing the do-it-yourself energy of the era.
