Spandex Tights

From 1994 to 1995, Lost Cause Productions published Spandex Tights, a six-issue series written by Bryan J. L. Glass and illustrated by a rotating team of Doug Slack and Sky Owens. This short-lived indie comic offered a grounded, character-driven take on costumed heroes, focusing on the personal lives and struggles of its protagonists rather than flashy supervillain battles. While it never achieved mainstream fame, the series stands as an early example of the deconstructive, humanistic superhero storytelling that would become more prominent in later decades.
