Speed Buggy

Based on the Hanna-Barbera cartoon, this 1970s Australian comic from K. G. Murray ran for eight issues. Artist Bill Williams brought the adventures of the talking dune buggy and his teenage friends to the printed page. It’s a colorful, lighthearted snapshot of the era’s tie-in comics, capturing the fun of a sentient vehicle and its racing exploits.
