Steven Sterk

Over thirteen issues from 1993 to 2004, Le Lombard published Steven Sterk, a Belgian comic series primarily written by Thierry Culliford, Pascal Garray, and Dugomier, with Garray also serving as the principal artist. The series follows the adventures of its titular character, a young boy who can transform into a powerful superhero by uttering a magic word. A lighthearted, action-oriented spin on the classic superhero formula, it stands out for its clean, expressive artwork and its place in the European comics tradition of blending everyday school life with extraordinary escapades.
