Sturmtruppen

A satirical, anarchic take on military life, Sturmtruppen ran for 18 issues from 1987 to 1992 under the Editorial New Comic banner. Written and drawn by the legendary Italian cartoonist Bonvi (Franco Bonvicini), the series lampoons the absurdities of war through the misadventures of a bumbling, eternally incompetent German army squad.
