About the series

In the late '80s and early '90s, Spanish publisher Edicomic brought readers Sukia, a 23-issue comic series that blended fantasy and adventure with a distinctly European sensibility. Following the exploits of its titular heroine, the series carved out a niche with its lush, atmospheric art and mythic storytelling.
