Sundance

In the late 1990s, the Dutch publisher Arboris brought the Franco-Belgian Western series Sundance to English-speaking audiences across four issues. Scripted primarily by François Corteggiani and Helmut Mennicken, with art by Michel Suro, the title follows a lone rider navigating the rugged, lawless landscapes of the American frontier. While a relatively brief run, the series stands as a clean, atmospheric example of European comic storytelling applied to the classic Western genre.
