Super Duck Comics

Al Fagaly wrote and drew every issue of this short-lived 14-issue Bell Features series, which ran from 1948 to 1949. Super Duck Comics offered lighthearted, all-ages adventures centered on its anthropomorphic duck hero, a staple of the era’s funny-animal comic craze. While not a major milestone, it’s a tidy example of post-war Canadian comic-book publishing and Fagaly’s clean, energetic cartooning style.
