Supermann

From 1985 to 1991, Semic published Supermann, a 77-issue Norwegian series that repackaged the Man of Steel's adventures for a Scandinavian audience. The title drew heavily from the influential work of John Byrne, whose writing and art defined the book's early direction alongside frequent collaborators Jerry Ordway and Dan Jurgens, while local writers Jens E. Røsåsen and Ingrid Vaalund also contributed scripts. This series served as a key gateway for Norwegian readers to experience the post-Crisis Superman era, offering a curated mix of classic stories and regional adaptations that made the character accessible to a new generation.
