Tarzan

From 1976, BSV - Williams published a five-issue Tarzan series that continued the jungle lord's adventures across newspaper strips and comic book pages. Edgar Rice Burroughs' foundational stories were adapted by Gaylord Du Bois, with artwork by a trio of distinctive talents: Mike Royer, Roberto Andrade Dorantes, and Russ Manning. This short-lived run captures a transitional moment for the character, bridging classic pulp storytelling with the energetic comic art of the 1970s.
