Tarzan

Tarzan (1976–present) is a Swedish comic series published by Semic, adapting Edgar Rice Burroughs’ iconic jungle lord for a European audience. Spanning 10 issues, the series is most closely associated with artist and writer Nils Egerbrandt, whose dynamic, expressive style defined the book’s look from the mid-1970s onward. It stands as a distinctive, long-running European interpretation of the character, offering a more serialized, adventure-focused take than many American counterparts.
