About the series
In 2011, IDW launched the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Microseries, an eight-issue run spotlighting each of the four Turtles and their closest allies. Written by a rotating team including Brian Lynch, Barbara Randall Kesel, and Ben Epstein, with art from talents like Charles Paul Wilson III and Franco Urru, the series gave each character a focused, standalone story. It served as a key companion to IDW’s main TMNT series, deepening the mythology of the classic heroes in a fresh continuity.
