The Narrative Corpse

A singular, decades-spanning experiment in collaborative storytelling, The Narrative Corpse is a comic chain-letter published by Raw Books and Gates of Heck. Launched in 1995, it began with a single panel by Art Spiegelman, which was then passed to another artist to continue the story, and so on, accumulating contributions from dozens of the medium’s most innovative talents.
