The Private Eye

Set in a near-future where privacy is the ultimate currency and the internet has been destroyed by a catastrophic data breach, The Private Eye follows a photographer who moonlights as a private detective in a world of paper trails and analog secrets. Launched by Image Comics in 2025, this series is written by Brian K. Vaughan and illustrated by Marcos Martín, the acclaimed team behind Saga and The Runaways. With only one issue released so far, it marks their latest collaboration, exploring themes of identity and surveillance in a society that has radically reinvented itself.
