About the series
A short-lived but fondly remembered spin-off from the main Tom Strong series, Tom Strong's Terrific Tales ran for just two issues from 2005 to 2011 under DC Comics. Written primarily by Alan Moore and Steve Moore, with art by Alan Weiss and Jason Pearson, this series offered a compact, standalone look at the adventures of the super-scientist hero and his family. It remains a notable, if brief, expansion of the America's Best Comics universe.
