Tyndall

In the late 1990s, Dutch publisher Arboris released the painted, five-issue series Tyndall, a moody science fiction saga brought to life by writer Klaus Jöken and artist Ken Broeders. Broeders’ lush, fully painted visuals defined the book’s distinctive look, immersing readers in a richly detailed world. Though short-lived, the series stands as a showcase for Broeders’ atmospheric art and remains a cult gem from the European small-press scene of the era.
