From 1976 to 1980, Sergio Bonelli Editore published Un uomo un'avventura, a 30-issue series that offered a panoramic tour of adventure storytelling. Each standalone volume dropped its hero into a distinct historical or exotic setting, from the American frontier to the high seas, with a rotating roster of Italian masters—including writers Gino D'Antonio and Attilio Micheluzzi, and artists Ferdinando Tacconi and Sergio Toppi—bringing each tale to life.
