Vanguard Illustrated

An anthology series from Pacific Comics, Vanguard Illustrated ran for seven issues in 1983–1984, showcasing a rotating mix of fantasy, science fiction, and adventure stories. The title is most closely associated with writer/artist Michael T. Gilbert, who contributed heavily alongside frequent collaborator David Scroggy and artist William F. Loebs.
