Wham !

Arédit-Artima’s Wham! (1970–1973) was a French comics anthology that repackaged American war and adventure stories for a European audience, running for 14 issues. The series is most closely associated with writer Dave Wood and artist Joe Kubert, whose gritty, dynamic work defined its tone. Though short-lived, Wham! stands as a notable artifact of the era’s transatlantic comics publishing, bringing Kubert’s powerful illustrations to readers outside the US.
