Wildtöter

In this German-language series from CCH - Comic Club Hannover, creator Willi Kohlhoff wrote and drew the entire 12-issue run of Wildtöter (2001–2004). The comic follows the adventures of its title character, a rugged frontiersman navigating the American wilderness, blending historical fiction with a distinctly European comic-book sensibility. Kohlhoff’s detailed, atmospheric artwork and his solo stewardship of the series give it a cohesive, personal voice that stands out in the indie comics landscape of the early 2000s.
