Wizmania

In this 11-issue Panini Brasil series from 2008–2009, Wizmania brought together an international creative team—including Howard Chaykin, Mike Allred, and Stuart Immonen—for a vibrant, playful anthology exploring the chaotic intersection of pop culture, fantasy, and digital-age life. Writers Levi Trindade and Rodrigo Oliveira joined Chaykin in crafting stories that balanced Brazilian sensibility with global comic influences, while the rotating art lineup gave each issue a distinct visual flavor. Though short-lived, the series stands as a curious, cross-cultural experiment that showcased the versatility of its creators outside their usual superhero work.
