About the series
In 2014 and 2015, NBM published WWE Slam City, a two-issue comic series written by Mathias Triton with art by Alitha E. Martinez. The series brought WWE Superstars like "Bad News" Barrett, Big Show, Brock Lesnar, Damien Sandow, Daniel Bryan, and Alberto Del Rio into the ring for comic-book action. A compact, visually-driven tie-in to the Slam City animated web series, it offered fans a quick-hit dose of wrestling storytelling on the page.
