Launched in 1906 by publisher Стоян Атанасов, Весела библиотека is a single-issue Bulgarian comic series, with its entire contents created by the writer and artist Каранъ д'Ашъ. As a very early example of the medium in Bulgaria, this slim volume stands as a foundational artifact in the nation's comic history.
