Петърчо в Африка, a single-issue comic from 1934, follows its young protagonist on an African adventure. Published by Т. Ф. Чипевъ, the series is most closely associated with writer Адолф Холст and artist Фриц Баумгартен. Though brief, it stands as a notable early example of Bulgarian comic storytelling.
