Yogi Bear

About the series
From 1970 to 1977, Charlton Comics brought the beloved Jellystone Park gang to newsstands in Yogi Bear, a lighthearted series spanning 35 issues. Anchored by the steady pencils of Ray Dirgo and scripts from a rotating team including Gwen Krause, Joe Gill, and Tom DeFalco, the comic faithfully captured Yogi's picnic-basket scheming, Boo Boo's cautious protests, and Ranger Smith's long-suffering exasperation. While not groundbreaking, it offered fans a reliably charming, all-ages escape into the cartoon's gentle humor during the Bronze Age of comics.
