Salvador Larroca (born July 28, 1964) is a Spanish comic book artist whose prolific career with Marvel Comics has spanned more than three decades. He came to illustration by an unusual route, having first worked as a cartographer before pivoting to comics in the 1980s. His earliest sequential art work appeared at Marvel UK, where he contributed to titles such as *Dark Angel* and *Death's Head II*.

From there, Larroca built an extensive body of work in North American publishing, taking on assignments at DC Comics — most notably *The Flash* — before settling into a long association with Marvel. Among his most sustained contributions are his runs on *Fantastic Four*, *Ghost Rider*, *Invincible Iron Man*, and numerous X-Men titles, the latter representing perhaps his most recognized period. He also worked within the Ultimate Marvel imprint and drew Marvel's licensed *Star Wars* series during the 2010s, though that work drew pointed criticism for its heavy dependence on traced film stills, an approach critics described as producing an unsettling hyperrealism.

Later projects included *Alien* in 2021. Across a catalog credited at over 620 issues between 1993 and 2025, Larroca has proven one of Marvel's most dependable and versatile artists, equally at home with superhero action and science fiction material.
