Tony Skinner is a British comic book writer best known for his 1990s collaborations with Pat Mills. Born in the United Kingdom, he was active in the industry from 1991 to 2015, contributing to over 90 issues. Skinner and Mills co-wrote scripts for *2000 AD* series including *ABC Warriors*, *Finn*, and *Flesh*, as well as the *Toxic!* titles *Sex Warrior*, *The Fear Teachers*, *Psycho Killer*, and *Accident Man*. His work also extended to American comics, with notable credits on *Punisher 2099* and *Ravage 2099*. Skinner’s writing often embraced dark humor and satirical violence, fitting the edgy tone of the early ’90s British comics scene. While his career was relatively brief, his partnership with Mills produced some of the most distinctive and transgressive stories of the era. After the 1990s, his output slowed, but his contributions to *Toxic!* and *2000 AD* remain recognized by fans of alternative British comics. Details of his later life are not widely documented, and he did not receive major industry awards during his active years.
