This document is not a pulp magazine but a military UFO report form. Dated September 10, 1951, it records a sighting near San Bernardino, California, submitted through Air Force channels to the Air Technical Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson AFB. The witness, a woman described by a senior controller as sincere and sober, reported two teardrop-shaped objects—one large, one small positioned above and behind it. The objects changed color from bright yellow to orange to blue-red, featured small fuzzy tails, and caused buzzing interference on television sets. The sighting lasted approximately one hour and was observed at night under clear conditions with seven-mile visibility. An astronomical explanation involving Mars and atmospheric refraction is noted as possibility, though the report's conclusion regarding the objects remains classified as "Unknown."
