Just send us (1) your name and ad- dress, (2) name and address of party to be notified, (3) a stamped and self-addressed return envelope. Each card bears this inscription, each printed in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Russian and Japanese: **In case of death or serious emergency to bearer, address 1 number of this card, care of Adventure, New York, Stating full particulars, and friends will be notified.” In our office, under each serial number, will be registered the name of bearer and of one or two friends, with per- manent address of each. No name appears on the card. Letters will be forwarded to friend, unopened by us. Names and addresses treated as confidential. We assume no other obligations. Cards not for business identification. Metal Cards—For twenty-five cents we will send you, post-paid, the same card in aluminum composition, perfo- rated at each end. Enclose a self-addressed return enve- lope, but no postage.
