You'll remember years ago I'leming was working in the Treadwell mine and a rock fractured his skull. He lived on Queer Street for a long time and ever since then he has been subject to vio- lent outbursts when roused. The commis- sioner had that in mind, I guess, when he paid no attention to his threats. Later we sent Jennings out to arrest him and he never came back.
