Jason, Beys and the Resistance's plan to access the outer locks is interrupted by a guard that recognizes Jason. The Resistance engages the guards allowing Jason and Ninvir to escape through the lock. Outside Jason's jet pack malfunctions and he has to jettison it. Kovar lays out the plan of attack for the rebels. D'Mer almost commits suicide due to his previous conditioning by Emeris. Niniri scans her guard's mind and realizes that Jason is alive.
