On the electric chair, Rocky vows revenge on Collins and on Judge Robert X. Brown, the man who sentenced him. Soon after, the judge is killed by mysterious means which suggest only a ghost could have entered his home. Collins recalls how Rocky had a partner named Grey the Great who was a magician and could have pulled off the murder. As the police head out to get Grey, Rocky's ghost enters the police station to kill Collins.
