“The Play's the Thing”

In "The Play's the Thing," Archie takes the stage in the school production of *Moonsap*, a show helmed by Veronica and backed by the Feebly twins’ surprisingly loud bass fiddle. After a rehearsal, Mr. Weatherbee is mugged by the River Rat gang, and only the Feeblys saw the culprits—but too scared to speak up, they claim they saw nothing. Written and illustrated by Bob Bolling, with inks by Chic Stone, colors by Barry Grossman, and letters by Bill Yoshida, this 1984 issue features a cover by Bob Bolling.

Archie is starring in the school play "Moonsap," written and directed by Veronica and with musical accompaniment by the Feebly twins and their huge bass fiddle. After a rehearsal, Mr. Weatherbee is mugged by members of the River Rat gang, and the Feeblys are the only ones who get a look at the thieves. But afraid of what will happen to them if they inform, the boys tell the police that they didn't see anything.
