Vandal Savage sends the villains of Gotham on a mission to kill Batman and Catwoman and their allies, while Vandal and Scandal initiate their plan to attract a meteor similar to the one that originally gave Vandal immortality to Earth, however, the meteor's impact would wipe out Gotham City. Batman and Catwoman join forces against their common enemy, but stopping the meteor will require someone to sacrifice themself.
