Having escaped the storm, Batman encounters Catwoman, Deathstroke, and a number of strange characters, all with no memory from before they first became trapped in the storm. They soon realize that outside forces were responsible for trapping them in the storm, and they work together to try to find a way back to their respective homeworlds.
