Black Magic #46

"What's in That Box?" follows three petty crooks—Genie Clark, Ted Dunn, and Nick Thomas—who learn of a scientist's secret laboratory containing a valuable discovery and attempt to steal it. Their plan goes awry when they encounter a mysterious box containing a time-space device operated by a man named Waldo, a time-space researcher who reveals the box can project things into time and bring things from the past into the present. The story culminates with the criminals being caught and vanishing into thin air, apparently sent back through time by Waldo's device.
