This anthology issue features "The Living Proof," in which a space expedition discovers a massive egg on a dead planet and brings back a reconstructed creature that was born from it, only for the creature to mysteriously vanish upon landing. The issue also contains a story about a man named Philip who suffers from recurring nightmares; his wife Marion seeks help from a chemist who claims to have a cure, but the nightmares persist and intensify, suggesting his wife may be intentionally prolonging his torment.
