Staking out the Levant house with Dominique, Blade follows Charisma. Also following is her protector Morbius, who watches Charisma meet with her drug supplier, whom Morbius kills and drains. Meanwhile Ulysses Sojourner, on his mission to organize vampires across the nation, announces that his plan to take out Blade progresses. Blade, who's been set up by Sojourner to kill Morbius, is unaware that Dominique has betrayed him. Delayed by Cipher, Blade sees Charisma escape from Morbius. Believing Morbius is about to kill her, he throws a wooden blade at his heart.
