Blue Bolt is imprisoned in a dungeon and must escape while evading guards, eventually breaking free through superhuman strength and speed. A second story features Spacehawk, who receives a distress message from Queen Haba of Neptune asking him to return urgently; he travels to her lab where she requests his help with an unspecified matter, revealing that Haba has suffered a head injury that has affected his memory and mental state.
