Bugs and Porky are dispatched by Hamm University to get samples from a meteor that has splashed-down in the ocean nearby. They find it to be a spherical space ship, containing an artificial world inside. There, they become involved in a conflict between peaceful – and clean – aliens and their messy adversaries, the Dirty Meanies.
