Criminal Doctor Sneako has bred a pair of "lullaby birds", each with a sleep-inducing birdsong. He plans use the birds to put citizens to sleep, while his two accomplices relieve them of their valuables. The only thing standing in their way is Bugs and a scatter-brained, goony-looking "big bog bird".
