This volume collects the first five issues of C.O.W.L., a 2014 Image series set in 1960s Chicago where superheroes have unionized. The story follows the Chicago Organized Workers League as they navigate labor disputes, political corruption, and the fading relevance of costumed heroes in a changing world. Written by Kyle Higgins and Alec Siegel with art by Rod Reis, it's a noir-infused take on the superhero genre that later became part of the Massive-Verse line.
