“Waiting for the End of the World Part Four: The Last Hope”

In "Waiting for the End of the World Part Four: The Last Hope," Cable journeys through a ruined future where the X-Mansion lies in ashes and hope is a fading memory. With his wife gone and a young mutant girl named Hope by his side, he presses on toward the last known beacon of resistance. Written by Duane Swierczynski and illustrated by Ariel Olivetti—whose striking visuals define the issue's grim tone—this pivotal chapter deepens Cable’s mission in a world on the brink. The cover by Olivetti captures the weight of that final, fragile hope.
