This anthology issue contains multiple horror and suspense stories. "A Safari of Death!" depicts three fortune-seeking soldiers—Rudolph York, Slade Bingham, and Reginald Wells—who arrive in Cairo with a secret map to plunder the Queen of the Nile's tomb, only to have their scheme exposed and face the wrath of a supernatural Egyptian curse. "Formula for Death!" shows Professor Emile Zatruc conducting a dangerous experiment involving a mysterious fluid that transforms him into a grotesque creature, resulting in tragedy when the experiment goes awry and kills those around him.
